We are happy to partner with Plymouth Parks and Rec to offer two workshops this winter.
Intro to Choreography
Thursday, January 29, 2026
6:30 - 8:30 pm.
This workshop is open to dancers of all levels. We will do a short warm-up, learn about the 5 elements of dance, use exercises to help guide movement creation, develop short phrases of choreography as individuals, and work as groups to organize the phrases. This workshop is for adults only (18+).

Intro to Improvisation
Thursday, February 5, 2026
6:30 - 8:30 pm.
This class will focus on saying "yes" to the creative imagination by using improvisation games, exercises and scenes. Students will gain confidence and presence while creating "real" characters, relationships and environments. We will step beyond our comfort zones and into the unknown of creative possibility.
This workshop is for teens (15+) and adults.

COMPANY CLASS - TEMPORARILY ON HOLD
A creative safety zone for professional performers to hone acting, dancing and ensemble skills in a weekly class.
Company Class with SPARK
Mondays 1:00 - 2:30 pm - COMING IN JANUARY!
$10/class with class card
$15/class regular rate
Per per class, or with a 6-Class Punch Card

Must be 18 years or older.
SPARK Lab - TEMPORARILY ON HOLD
An optional time for those that attend Company Class to stay and help SPARK workshop material through explorations led by Artistic Directors Corey + Betsy Mills.
Mondays, 2:30 - 3:30 pm - COMING IN JANUARY!
No fee. Attendees must attend that day's Company Class in order to be properly warmed-up for explorations. See registration/payment button above.
